Bio

Gabriel Charles Tyler is a journalist, fashion blogger, visionary entrepreneur and Chicago native. He currently attends DePaul University, where he double majors in Journalism and African and Black Diaspora Studies. Gabriel has contributed his talents to a number of publications and companies, gaining recognition for his commitment to excellence. Among his many positions, this young visionary currently serves as the Editor at Large and Creative Director of The BLACKout, an online, collegiate Afrocentric publication, and as a freelance reporter for The Southeast Chicago Observer, a Chicago-based niche publication. He is a student member of the National Association of Black Journalists. Mr. Tyler hopes to one day become a household name.
